Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern use of the Jiliaaa platform and related services. By accessing or using the services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

Eligibility and Account Management

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years old and compliant with the laws of your jurisdiction concerning online gambling. If you are not of lawful age or local law prohibits participation, you must not access the services.
• Residency and legality: Access to the services is limited to jurisdictions where offering online gambling is legal. It is your responsibility to confirm legality in your location; the provider bears no liability for illegal activity arising from your use.
• One account: You may open only one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts, or the use of accounts under different names, may result in closure and confiscation of funds.
• Registration information: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and promptly update it if changes occur. The platform may suspend or close accounts for false or misleading information.
• Security and confidentiality: You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity conducted on your account. You must notify the provider promptly of unauthorized access.

Your Conduct and Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and manipulation: You must not engage in cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated tools, misrepresentation, or any activity intended to manipulate outcomes or gains.
• Data and marketing restrictions: You must not harvest data or use the platform for unsolicited marketing without proper authorization.
• Compliance: Your use of the platform must comply with applicable laws; the provider may suspend or terminate accounts violating laws or these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Jiliaaa platform, including software, graphics, and text, is owned by Jiliaaa or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view the material for personal, non-commercial use. No portion may be reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without express written permission from Jiliaaa.

Deposits and Funds

1. Deposit methods: The platform supports approved payment methods as published in the Wallet section. Methods may be added or removed from time to time with notice to users.
2. Eligibility and verification: The provider may request documents to verify identity and source of funds prior to processing deposits or withdrawals, in accordance with anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer requirements.
3. Credit and interest: The platform does not offer credit; balances in a user account do not accrue interest.

Balances, Bets, and Settlement

The platform calculates two balances: Reserved Amount (funds staked or placed as bets but not yet settled) and Available to Bet (funds not yet staked). Bets become binding on placement and remain subject to settlement outcomes. Winnings are credited to the user’s account upon resolution of the relevant event or game result.

Withdrawals

1. Withdrawal requests: You may request withdrawal of funds up to the Available to Bet balance via the website. Requests by telephone or email are not accepted. Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the deposit where possible, subject to arrangement and system capabilities.
2. Verification: Jiliaaa may require government-issued ID, proof of address, and, for certain payment methods, wallet verification before processing withdrawals.
3. Withdrawal criteria: Withdrawals may be withheld or delayed pending review for irregular or suspicious activity, including pattern of bets or bonus-related transactions. Withdrawals may be conditioned on satisfying any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses.
4. Processing times and fees: Withdrawals are processed within a reasonable timeframe as determined by internal procedures. Where fees apply, they will be disclosed prior to processing.
5. Incorrect credits: If winnings are credited in error, you must notify Jiliaaa promptly. Erroneous credits may be clawed back from the account.

Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions offered by Jiliaaa are governed by separate terms published with each promotion. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and usage restrictions. Any attempt to abuse bonuses (e.g., contrived wagering, exploiting loopholes, or multiple bonus claims) may result in forfeiture of bonus funds, denial of withdrawals, and account termination. The maximum cash-out under a bonus promotion, if stated, applies to the promotional amount.

Privacy and Data Protection

Jiliaaa processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The platform implements reasonable security measures to protect information in transit and at rest. By using the services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an as‑is, where‑is basis. Jiliaaa makes no warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Jiliaaa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. You agree to indemnify and defend Jiliaaa, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the services or breach of these Terms.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Jiliaaa operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the services shall be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration provisions that may apply.

Changes to Terms

Jiliaaa may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through official channels. By continuing to use the services after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must cease using the services and close your account.

Termination, Suspension, and Inactivity

Jiliaaa may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, or for any conduct that jeopardizes the integrity of the platform. Inactivity for a defined period may lead to removal of balances and closure of the account, after reasonable notice where feasible.
