These betting rules govern all wagering presented by Jiliaaa. By placing a bet you confirm acceptance of these rules and any sport specific rules published for the event. Bets are accepted online and shall not be valid if entered by any other means. The operator may refuse or cancel any bet in whole or part before the event starts and may correct obvious errors in input data or odds. All winnings and settlements are calculated in decimal odds and the customer may view the odds format chosen in their account; however, settlement uses decimal odds for all markets.
The operator reserves the right to deal with risk, to suspend settlements, and to correct or void bets where there is a demonstrable error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, mislisted markets, or obvious mispricing. The operator may void bets where a customer is suspected of fraud or manipulation or where the integrity of an event is in question. The operator may withhold payment or void bets upon investigation by the relevant authorities. Where there is any conflict between these rules and any sport specific rules, the sport specific rules prevail.
Minimum and maximum stake values vary by sport and market. Exact figures are shown at the point of entry and may be changed. The operator may refuse or cancel any bet without providing a reason. Bets cannot be canceled or altered once confirmed. The operator may suspend, delay, or adjust markets at its sole discretion, including during live events.
Where data is provided by official bodies, the official result governs settlement. In the absence of an official result, the operator may rely on credible sources or delay settlement for up to 48 hours to verify the outcome. In cases of inconsistent data, the operator reserves the right to make a final determination on a market-by-market basis.
All settlements are based on the official result as published by the governing body or its official data partner. If an official result is not published, the operator may settle using commonly accepted data at its discretion. If a market cannot be verified, settlement may be delayed until official confirmation or may be voided if confirmation cannot be obtained. The operator reserves the right to adjust or resettle a market if new official information becomes available before the event’s formal conclusion.
Outright markets are settled according to the final official outcome. In the event of a dead heat, the stake is distributed in accordance with the applicable dead heat rules, and any remaining stake is treated as a loss. Markets existing in the run of play are settled based on the official results and any post-event administrative decisions, subject to the rules governing refunds and voids.
Where there is a discrepancy between the on-screen data and the official result, the official result prevails. In the case of a price error or erroneous market, the operator may void the affected bets or settle at a corrected price as appropriate. The operator may correct or void bets after settlement if required by a subsequent official decision or regulatory finding.
If an event is postponed or abandoned and is not resumed within the permitted window, bets on affected markets are typically void. Where the event resumes within the permitted window, settled markets will reflect the result at the time of resumption. If a match is resumed with different participants, or if the event is cancelled and not resumed, open bets may be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the market description.
Markets that are already determined at the time of abandonment or postponement remain valid. Markets dependent on ongoing play may be void unless completion occurs within the timeline specified for that sport. Where a late change in venue or home/away designation occurs, bets on the affected market may be voided.
Live markets may be suspended during events for data updates or risk management. Bets placed during a suspension may be void if the market has not yet been confirmed as active. Settlement of live markets is based on the live official score or the official data feed available at the time of settlement. The operator reserves the right to suspend, pause, or close markets before, during, or after an event at its sole discretion.
In the event a match starts with a different lineup, or if a market is opened on a scenario that does not occur in the actual event, such markets may be void. Overtime is included in the settlement only where the market description expressly states so. Otherwise, overtime is excluded from settlement for that market unless specified otherwise.
The operator will act to protect the integrity of events. Bets may be voided or settlements reversed if evidence indicates fraud, match-fixing, or other prohibited conduct. The operator may delay settlements, withhold funds, or suspend accounts pending investigation by the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies. The operator may request identification and documentation for account verification in accordance with its KYC and AML policies.
Outright markets cover participant lists, season winners, or championship outcomes and are settled on the final official result. The Play-or-Pay principle applies to outright markets: bets stand for listed participants even if a participant is unable to take part, and will be settled as losses if they do not participate, subject to any sport-specific exceptions. Head-to-head markets may be void if a participant does not start or is replaced without an equivalent market adjustment. The operator may apply different settlement rules for interim or interimly declared results as described in the market terms.
Markets relating to scorers (First/Last/Anytime) apply to regular play unless the market description specifies otherwise. If a participant does not participate, the bet may be void. Own goals are considered for the purposes of the market as described in the market terms. Player-specific markets include overtime where applicable; penalties and shootouts are treated according to the market definition. If a match is abandoned after a scorer has occurred, the first/last scorer bets may be voided according to the market rules.
The following sport-specific rules apply in addition to the general rules above. In case of conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence unless otherwise stated.
These sport-specific rules are intended to provide precise settlement guidance. Where a sport lacks a dedicated rule in this document, the general rules apply. Jiliaaa reserves the right to amend these rules and publish updates. The English version remains the official version of these sporting rules.
