Scope and Definitions

This Self-Exclusion Policy governs the use of exclusion tools on the Jiliaaa platform. For clarity, the terms defined herein have the following meanings:

  • Time-Out: A short, reversible suspension of access to all Jiliaaa products. The period is selected in the Account Profile. During Time-Out you may not deposit, withdraw, place bets, or access any product. You may revoke Time-Out only after 24 hours from the initial request.
  • Self-Exclusion: A longer fixed period during which your account is closed and you may not deposit or withdraw funds for the entire exclusion period. Pre-selected periods available to choose are six months, nine months, or twelve months. Initiating Self-Exclusion requires contact with Customer Support via email; after you initiate, a 24-hour cooling-off period applies. Upon expiration of the cooling-off, a Customer Support Agent will inform you of the available exclusion periods. There are no variations of the pre-selected periods. A response from you by email is required to proceed. If you do not respond within 24 hours, the exclusion request will be withdrawn and your account will be reopened by email.
  • Promotions and marketing communications are suspended for the duration of Time-Out or Self-Exclusion.
  • My Account: The self-control tools, including setting financial or time limits, are available in the My Account section.

Time-Out

Time-Out allows a temporary break from gambling. Once activated, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, play, or access any Jiliaaa product for the chosen period. The available periods are shown in your Account Profile. Revoke of Time-Out can occur only after 24 hours from the initial request. At the end of Time-Out, the account is reactivated automatically.

Self-Exclusion

You may elect a longer break by self-excluding. After you email to initiate, your account is placed on a 24-hour cooling-off period. When cooling-off ends, the system will present the available self-exclusion periods (six months, nine months, twelve months). No variation to the pre-selected periods is allowed. You must reply by email to confirm the selected period; if you fail to respond within 24 hours, the account will be reopened by email. Once Self-Exclusion begins, the account is disabled and deposits/withdrawals are blocked for the duration. Upon expiration, the account is automatically reactivated. During Self-Exclusion you may not gamble on any Jiliaaa product or receive promotions for the period.

Financial Limits and Protection

When you create or modify your account you may set self-imposed limits on deposits, losses, or total spend within the My Account section. If you exceed the maximum limit for a given category, further actions in relation to that category are restricted for the remainder of the period. A request to revoke any limit or exclusion must be submitted in writing or by electronic notice to Jiliaaa. The Company may exercise its absolute discretion to deny such a request. Jiliaaa will take reasonable steps to ensure Self-Exclusion is observed and will endeavour to prevent promotional material from reaching excluded users. You acknowledge that attempts to bypass Self-Exclusion via multiple registrations or altered registration information may circumvent controls and are prohibited. You should seek professional assistance if you find a way to continue gambling during the Self-Exclusion period.

Promotions and Communications

During Time-Out or Self-Exclusion you are not eligible for promotions, bonuses, or loyalty program benefits. Such programs may be reinstated automatically after the exclusion period ends, subject to any terms in force at that time.

Linked Accounts and Access

Jiliaaa may apply Self-Exclusion measures to all accounts associated with your identity, household, shared devices, or IP addresses if such connections are detected. Attempts to defeat exclusions by creating new accounts or altering registration details are prohibited and may result in continued exclusion or account sanctions.

For guidance and support about potential gambling issues, you should consult local gambling support services. Jiliaaa provides Self-Exclusion to protect players and does not assume responsibility for any activity that occurs outside the boundaries of this policy.

Age and Compliance

Under 18 participation is strictly prohibited. By using Jiliaaa you confirm you are at least 18 years old and consent to Self-Exclusion provisions if selected. Jiliaaa reserves the right to verify identity and age in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Processing and Contact

To initiate Self-Exclusion or Time-Out, contact Jiliaaa Customer Support via the designated channel in My Account or send a formal request by email to the address provided in your account. For revocation or modification of any exclusion or limit, submit a written or electronic notice to the same address. All requests are subject to internal review, and Jiliaaa may require additional information to complete verification. Exclusion takes effect from the time the period is activated and remains in force until the stated end date, unless otherwise specified by policy updates.
