Payment Options

Deposits

These terms govern deposits into your Jiliaaa account. The minimum deposit is 20 EUR or the equivalent in the chosen currency. Jiliaaa reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit amounts and publish updated limits on the platform at any time.

• Accepted methods: online payments using debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron), select e-wallets, and supported cryptocurrency funding wallets. The precise list of supported methods is published in the platform’s deposit section and may vary by jurisdiction.
• Per-transaction and total deposit limits are method dependent. For card payments, the maximum per transaction is 5,000 EUR; the daily limit is 10,000 EUR; the monthly limit is 15,000 EUR, with up to 10 deposits per day and up to 40 deposits per calendar month. Other funding methods have method-specific limits published on the platform.
• Deposits are credited to the account after processing. If additional verification is required under Jiliaaa’s KYC/AML procedures, deposits may take longer to clear.
• Fund sources: deposits may be made to fund wagering using fiat currencies and cryptocurrency wallets supported by Jiliaaa. Withdrawals, however, will be conducted in accordance with the funding source and applicable policy terms.
• Deposits must be initiated by the account holder and originate from the payment instrument registered to the account. The name on the payment instrument must match the account holder’s name. Deposits from illicit sources are prohibited.
• Promotional bonuses may be credited to eligible accounts. If both real funds and bonus funds are present, bonus funds may become available for wagering only after the existing real funds have been wagered in accordance with the bonus terms published by Jiliaaa.
• Jiliaaa reserves the right to reverse or withhold deposits or impose restrictions in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or non-compliance with this policy. Source-of-funds documentation may be requested in line with AML/KYC procedures.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to verification and are available through the funding methods displayed to the user for their market. Identity verification via KYC is required before processing payouts. Jiliaaa may request additional documentation during the withdrawal process.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 40 EUR or the equivalent in the account’s base currency. Maximum withdrawal per transaction depends on the chosen method; if the requested amount exceeds the method’s limit, withdrawals may be issued in installments.
• Per-method daily/weekly/monthly withdrawal limits apply. Example: card withdrawals up to 5,000 EUR per withdrawal; up to 10,000 EUR per day; up to 30,000 EUR per month. Other methods have their own published limits.
• Fiat withdrawals are restricted to funds sourced in fiat; withdrawals of cryptocurrency will be sent to the cryptocurrency wallet bound to the user’s account. If funds were deposited as virtual currency, fiat withdrawals are not permitted, and vice versa.
• Crypto withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmations corresponding to the deposit confirmations noted in the deposits section. The time to finalize a withdrawal may vary; withdrawals are typically approved or denied within two (2) business days. Withdrawals may be cancelled by the user before finalization.
• To be eligible for withdrawal, the user must have wagered active deposited funds at least once in accordance with AML practices. Additional KYC checks may be conducted on any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be processed via the same method used for deposits or another approved method, subject to compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. Jiliaaa may delay or suspend withdrawals for compliance checks or investigations.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Chargeback is the reversal of funds to the user’s payment account initiated by the card issuer or payment provider when the transaction is deemed void or fraudulent. In the event of a chargeback, Jiliaaa bears the loss of funds, related processing fees, and any currency conversion costs, and may block the user’s account. The user will be notified by the email on file and may be asked to verify identity or confirm payment details. Administrative fees may apply, and balance may be treated as blocked pending resolution.

Refunds are initiated and controlled by Jiliaaa and are not routed through banking networks. Refund decisions are communicated to the user within two (2) days via the account’s registered email. Refunds are not provided for services consumed instantaneously during gameplay. If grounds for a refund exist, the user should submit a request through the account’s support channel, detailing the reasons for the refund.

Additional Provisions

If Jiliaaa credits winnings in error, the erroneous amount remains the property of Jiliaaa and may be reclaimed from the user’s account. The company may freeze or withhold funds, set-off future winnings, or take similar corrective actions. If funds are withdrawn prior to error detection, the user owes a debt to Jiliaaa for the mistakenly credited amount. Jiliaaa reserves the right to request supplementary documentation at any time and to suspend or terminate an account if abuse or unlawful activity is suspected. Deposits and withdrawals must reflect gameplay; the company may cancel transactions in cases of suspected abuse. Jiliaaa reserves the right to modify this policy and to publish updates as required by applicable law.

Fees and Taxes

Users are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes arising from winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. In jurisdictions that require reporting of gambling winnings, users must provide truthful information to the competent authorities. Jiliaaa does not provide tax advice. Where currency conversion applies, any related conversion charges are borne by the user. Promotional offers may carry wagering requirements and other conditions, which are published on the platform and become binding when accepted.
